Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes — all services are by appointment. Grooming is limited to 10/day and boarding to 3 dogs at a time.
What vaccinations are required?+
A current rabies vaccination is required for all dogs. You can upload the record to your pet profile.
How do I book?+
Create an account, add your dog(s), then submit a booking request. Deanna reviews and confirms every request personally.
What if my dog is anxious or reactive?+
Let us know on the pet profile. Because we take only a few dogs at once, we can accommodate a lot — including quiet drop-offs.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?+
No, all drop-off and pickup happens at our Alkol, WV location by appointment.
How do I pay?+
Payment is due at pickup. We'll be adding online payments soon.
What is your late arrival and cancellation policy?+
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule. Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
